SPEED – Our goal on every loan is to have clear to close (CTC) 10 days prior to the scheduled closing date
COMMUNICATION – Weekly communication/updates to all parties to the transaction (Friday)
RATE – As a mortgage broker, I have access to multiple lenders and offer some the most competitive interest rates available
