Service Level Commitments (SLC's) -
We not only say what we are going to do, but we back it up with a Service Level Commitment or SLA. We have SLA's for all parties to the transaction, the borrower, the buyers agent and the listing agent.
For our borrowers - The SLA will be provided to you after our initial consultation
For our referral partners/Agents - The SLA will be provided upon executed contract or sooner if requested.
